As many residents will be aware B&NES turned down the above planning application but have subsequently lost the appeal at a public inquiry and Barratt Homes will be building 70 houses on the site on Temple Inn Lane.
Whilst Cameley Parish Council is extremely disappointed with the outcome they will now endeavour to work constructively with the developers to ensure that the detailed plans will be beneficial to existing and future residents of the village as well as Barratt Homes.
