2207_9 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION SESSION
The Clerk raised a question from a member of the public regarding use of the village hall and playing field for a village day.

There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary or personal interests
2207_12 CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES
RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting of the Parish Council which took place on Tuesday 12th July 2022 were approved as an accurate record and signed by the Chairman.
2207_13 PUMP TRACK AND RESERVES REVIEW

- RESOLVED: £9310 CIL to be earmarked for the pump track.
- RESOLVED: A provisional Sports England crowdfunding target of £2000 was set to run during September and October 2022, with a potential £2000 match funding from SE to give a total potential target of £4000.
- RESOLVED: The Clerk was instructed to request the contractor to proceed with immediate effect on 21/7/2022
- RESOLVED: The Clerk was instructed to instruct the contractor to proceed with the original tender quote of £60,000 +VAT
- RESOLVED: Approval to submit a notice to transfer £25,000 from the Nationwide 90 day notice account to the Unity Bank Account. Cllrs Neary and Warden signed the instruction.
