Agendas for each meeting are published here, normally one week before the meeting. Supporting documentation may be found in the appendices at the end of each agenda. (See agenda table of contents for quick links)
The agenda with details of business to be transacted at the monthly parish council meeting. Includes councillor summons to attend, meeting time and location. An appendix of related documents can be found on the last page of the agenda.
This page contains a list of upcoming meetings. The Parish Council normally meet on the second Tuesday every month at 7.30pm at Temple Cloud Village Hall. Members of the public are very welcome to join us at our meetings. An opportunity is given at the start of the meeting for the public to participate and discuss any topics.
