Thank you for your planning application consultation request regarding  23/02446/FUL (1 Tiledown) The Parish Council have NO OBJECTION to this application subject to CONDITIONS. The Parish Council would like to highlight that the proposal appears to have a tiled roof over the side door that may cause vehicle access problems on the Playing Field Lane. The Parish Council would request that further investigation be taken to ensure that larger higher vehicles are not impeded by the possible overhanging canopy extending out from the building. The lane is used by residents for residential access to existing properties and for access to the playing field by vehicles including larger and higher vehicles, council maintenance vehicles and emergency services. The Parish Council would also recommend that the position of the original boundary lines of the property are checked to ensure that the current garden wall and planning proposals have not breached the original boundary.
