Some considerations on infrastructure to discuss:
- Country lanes are unsuitable for the amount of traffic to the airport.
- The bus services in the area have moved to demand response scheme which offers no guarantee of being available or dropping you off in time for a flight.
- Regular bus services have been cancelled.
- Parking at the airport is prohibitively expensive to both drop off by car or park.

I am writing to you on behalf of Bristol Airport. We are seeking your views on how passengers, visitors, employees, and goods travel to and from the airport (“Surface Access”).
Your views on the existing infrastructure, how it affects your Parish and community, and how it could be improved will help to update our Airport Surface Access Strategy (ASAS).
Our ASAS sets out how we will deliver a low-carbon, accessible, integrated, efficient and reliable transport network serving Bristol Airport.
We are aware that due to the frequency of Parish Council meetings it may be difficult to turn around a response by 18th May. We would like to recognise this by extending our engagement period by another two weeks.
